Neumo is a government services company built from a simple belief: government services should feel human. Born from a merger, the company needed a new name, identity, and enterprise website that could operate at scale without losing the warmth of a friendly neighbor. This January partnered with Neumo on naming, brand identity and positioning, and a website experience to introduce Neumo as a modern, people-first “government OS.”
We explored names that felt relatable, trustworthy, and ownable, and landed on Neumo, a new word for a new company bringing fresh thinking to government services. The identity pairs precise typography and UI cues with soft gradients, tactile textures, and warm photography, for a feeling of tech that looks like care.
To make the experience even more approachable, we introduced Mo, a loyal canine mascot who appears across touchpoints to demystify complex services. The result is a cohesive brand and platform that feel like the future of public service: a friendly, reliable government OS that actually serves people.
