Lufthansa recently launched new nonstop service from the Raleigh-Durham market. As the Creative Agency of Record, we designed a brand activation to get the word out in Raleigh, and celebrate with the local community.
Our activation for Lufthansa, The Destination Showroom, introduced the airline to potential customers while showcasing the brand’s premium, personalized service. With a custom-built interior and a tech-first experience, the activation helped guests plan their next trip, and offered them a chance to win that trip, absolutely free.
The Launch
Lufthansa arrived in North Hills to greet the Raleigh community with open arms.
At the heart of the activation was The Destination Engine: a tech-forward interactive experience allowing visitors to discover their ideal travel destination.

We designed every aspect of the user experience, from the on-screen interface and interaction flow to the physical console.
